Our Loan Process

  1. INITIAL CONTACT is made by the borrower or broker to Private Capital LLC. We will ask you to tell us about the project, how much you are looking to borrow, purpose of the loan, and the value of the equity. We will tell you immediately if we are able to help you.

  2. DOCUMENTS & DETAILS will be requested. Once Private Capital LLC has received and reviewed the documents, we will prepare a "loan summary" to be given to our network of private lenders.

  3. LENDER WILL GENERATE A "LETTER OF INTEREST" (LOI). The LOI will serve as notice that a lender is ready to make the loan subject to confirmation and Due Diligence of the information provided.

  4. BORROWER signs engagement letter with Private Capital LLC.

  5. LENDER GENERATES A FIRM COMMITMENT.

  6. LOAN CLOSES.

The entire process can be completed in as little as two weeks, depending on documentation and completion of new appraisals.
