Private Capital LLC offers a range of Hard Money and Semi-Hard Money loans, depending on the type of property and project, and your objectives. Loans are made based on the equity in the property and/or other properties put up as collateral.
Our Hard Money loans range from 2 months to 2 years in length and require interest only payments during the term of the loan. Rates may range from 12% to 18%, and points may range from 5 points to 10 points.
Our Semi-Hard Money loans can have terms from 1 year to 7 years and require interest and principal payments. Rates may range from 9% to 12%, and points may range from 3 points to 8 points.
Private Capital LLC never charges a fee until a Letter of Interest (LOI) is generated.
